JR Johnson has been amazing in helping us with our last two water intrusion restorations. They are very prompt once they are called, and George and Armando do a really great job getting the dry out process started and following up with updates daily. The team that came to do the re-build was also great. Brian, Horacio, and Daniel came and really went out of their way to ensure that everything was done quickly and thoroughly. The residents were all extremely happy with the work that they provided, and I would highly recommend them when it comes to this type of project.

One of the air conditioners on the roof leaked and caused water damage in the hallway and inside an apartment. Jorge and Armando came out that same day to begin drying everything out. They took care of us quickly and explained their process before beginning so we are all on the same page. They have been great through this whole process! JR Johnson is incredibly communicative and really cares about their customers.

Repainting an entire condo complex can be very, very disruptive to the residents, but this team did excellent work in making sure that disruptions were few and manageable. The workers were unfailingly polite, capable, thorough, quick, attentive, and pleasant.

We had a stair come loose in one of our buildings. I contacted JR Johnson and they had us scheduled the next morning to get it fixed! Their emergency service team are fantastic!

Our HOA board selected JR Johnson to perform a remediation project at our condo community of flats and townhomes. I think I can speak not only for the board but also for all who live here that we were pleased with the progress of the project and the professionalism and responsiveness of JRJ. We had formed an ad hoc committee of a few homeowners who would liaise between JRJ and the board. While I wasn’t looking forward to that extra duty, I would say that this committee enjoyed our weekly meetings with the JRJ team due, in part, to the good humor of all involved week after rainy week. Michael Weekes and Melisa Maszy are very responsive and professional. I have had several major issues that they have provided reasonable estimates and timely repairs. I use them for all my construction needs. If there is something they can’t do, I am not aware of it. I highly recommend JR Johnson Construction.

We are a 25 unit townhouse community in Tigard. JR Johnson has been diligently working on a exterior repair and painting project for the last 10 months. We are now in the final phase of the overall project, the exterior painting. Their work and professionalism has been stellar. I want to particularly commend Sergio Campos for a very thorough job and going the extra mile to resolve a gutter and window issue which was outside of his pressure washing assignment.

When a stair tread emergency occurred on a Friday night, they were here within hours to stabilize the issue until the fix could occur. We greatly appreciate their efficiency and great customer service. We have already had them onsite for future projects to ensure our community is up kept.

From the bid to the finish product – vinyl soffits – everyone we worked with were professional, friendly, and customer service oriented. Their price was very reasonable, quality product, and seamless installation. They were very timely with their communication and respectful of condo owners. I would highly recommend them to install vinyl soffits.

I cannot say how impressed and pleased we are to have this work completed. This crew is the most considerate and courteous we have had the pleasure of working with. 10 stars for all!

Deserved praise to the contractors chosen to work in our condos. They are really nice, polite, and VERY GOOD. Al of the painters were great; nice and polite, clean up at every stage. Thank you for doing a great job.

Incredible response time to an immediate sanitation need at our professional offices. Within 45 minutes of an immediate need, their team was on site and handling a clean up necessary to ensure employees could return to work safely. Outstanding!
