Any merchandise returned for credit must have the prior approval of J.R.Johnson Supply and must be made for valid reasons. The credit granted for such returns will be based on the invoice value at the time of purchase and will be assessed a 25 % restocking fee. Stock items may be returned within 30 days if they are in the same condition as when delivered.
Items that are special ordered, made to the customers specifications (non-inventory) or non-stock items may only be returned subject to the manufacturer’s policies and conditions. Deposits made on special orders are non-refundable.
